Refunds and Cancellations

Pro HR Solutions (Pty) Ltd provides HR and labour consulting to South African employers. This page explains how a monthly package or a once-off service may be cancelled, and when a payment is refunded.

Monthly packages

Cancelling a monthly HR package

Monthly packages are billed in advance for the month ahead. You may cancel at any time by giving us one calendar month’s notice in writing to info@prohrsolutions.co.za. Your package stays active, and we keep working for you, until the end of that notice period.

We do not pro-rate a month that has already started: the fee for the current month stands and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period. If we have taken a payment for a month in which no work was requested and none was done, tell us within 7 days and we will refund that month in full.

Once-off work

Contracts, policies, hearings and consultations

Appointments

Moving or missing a booking

A booked hearing, meeting or consultation may be moved once at no cost if you tell us at least 24 hours beforehand. A booking cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where nobody is available at the agreed time, may be charged at the full rate for the time set aside.

How to cancel

Telling us, and getting your money back

Email info@prohrsolutions.co.za or call 075 921 8713 with your name, your company and what you are cancelling. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Approved refunds are paid back to the same method you paid with, within 10 business days of approval. Card refunds may take a few days longer to reflect, depending on your bank.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first

If you are unhappy with our work, tell us before anything else and we will put it right where we reasonably can. Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
